As core and pelvic floor fitness specialists, our workout programs strengthen your pelvic floor and core while you work your entire body. In just a few total body workouts a week, you will build a strong body so you can run, lift, hike and play without worrying that your body will hold you back.

    Prepare yourself for birth and set yourself up for a better postpartum recovery.

    (0-12 mos)

    Safely return back to exercise (no matter how your birth went).

    Whether you are managing diastasis recti, prolapse, leaking or back pain, your workouts will be designed for your healing postpartum body.

Meet Kaye

Hi, I’m Kaye (she/her), an in-demand core and pelvic floor personal trainer, women’s fitness specialist and founder of Core Love Fitness in Edmonton, Alberta. 

After having my own 3 kids, I realized that the fitness industry was full of unrealistic expectations and standards for women and mothers.  Parenting is a tough job, but it is a whole lot easier when your core feels strong and your pelvic floor works like it should (pee-sneezing is the worst!).  

Core Love was created for you.  As a woman, I know you have so much to contribute to making this world a better place.  I want you to feel amazing in your body so you can show up fully in your joyful and busy life.  I truly believe that when women do well, the world does well.
