Working with Kaye for 5 sessions was such a life-giving experience.
Right off the bat she spent time (via a phone conversation and in person) to listen to my postpartum journey and help me identify what goals I have for myself. During our sessions together her manner was so encouraging, kind and direct. Her teaching manner is fabulous and I quickly came to understand how to move my body in an effective way. The workouts she designed for me challenged me perfectly, were practical to implement and are already helping me to feel stronger and more confident.
I really looked forward to each session with Kaye, and look forward to working with her again in the future. I highly, HIGHLY recommend her!

Kaye was flexible- she set up a time that worked for my family and came to my house to do the consultation. She recognizes that a team of professionals may be required to look, assess, and improve how an individual feels. She helped me set realistic goals, gave me multiple options to consider for the way my treatment and fitness would unfold, and bottom line; I learned a lot! I'm truly looking forward to continuing this healing journey with her!

I really love the community aspect of the classes. I have not had that since going back to work and have really missed it. It is so nice to check in at the beginning and feel that, even in those few minutes. it is just about how you are truly and honestly doing in that moment. No judgements!
I also appreciate the centred focus on our bodies and how we are moving. It can be easy to go through the motions of exercise, but with the way you teach it and check in with us, I found I was able to really focus on those direct movements and how my body responds to them.

I especially loved that you were always near to help make sure that we were doing the correct movement. I also love how you describe how a movement should feel with some of the "why" behind it. I love the beginner/advanced moves so we all get what we need out of it. .

My first experience with Core Love was awesome!! Post baby I found myself making excuses for not working out and eating right and this experience jumpstarted a more motivated momma! I learned many things about my body including post baby abdominal muscle issues and breathing improperly. Working out with a fellow mom gave me the confidence I may have been lacking in myself. I can now push myself to continue working out, even with baby in hand. I'm starting to feel like the old me! I really enjoyed the information provided in our discussions on eating, exercising and how our body handles stressors. Overall, an excellent, well rounded program.
